Forms Review
There are certain forms that are required to be maintained by mental health providers. There are, however, no approved forms for a practice. Nye Law Group, Ltd. provides a service to review forms that mental health providers are currently using and recommend modifications and additions to their forms library. Inherent with this process is the intent to streamline patient communication and documentation, maintain appropriate protections for the information being created and stored, and establishing best practices to minimize potential claims of malpractice and breach of confidentiality under both Illinois and Federal Law.
